The only thing that has worried me is the thought of breaking down in a foreign country. Do most country's have Jeep parts?

Depending on the continent.

Central and South America - every single country has a Jeep dealer.

Africa - not so much.

Breaking down in a foreign country need not be stressful or scary. It's part of the adventure and a great way to make new friends.
