Does anyone out there have a complete list of all rubber suspension and other components and/or bushings that can be replaced with polyurethane and a good supplier of these parts? I am trying to do so in a 1994 3.0 LS thank you

Contact Superpropoly they sell what you need. Double check your lower trailing arm bushings but your truck should use the smaller diameter bushings for those.

Is there any benefit to switching from stock rubber to poly for suspension bushings on these rigs? Sounds like a good way to increase NVH without much benefit in articulation, but I have no experience with poly in an overlanding application.

I would call the added maintenance and ride harshness huge disadvantages on a vehicle like the Montero. Stick with rubber.

Poly lasts a long time but it's loud, rubber rides nicer but most can't tell with the shocks they're running anyway. That being said nothing but stock Mitsubishi super rubber for me, they're cheap enough from the dealer and enough of a job to do that it's not worth aftermarket unless you don't go offroad. If your truck is primarily a street vehicle you could cheap out on aftermarket bushings no problem.

I'm a fan of OEM rubber as well. Quality poly can last, but isn't a plus outside of swaybar endlinks and such. Most poly is crap and splits. Factory Mitsu stuff usually isn't too expensive, and there are 3rd party retailers and dealers out there who don't charge full tilt retail.

Thanks everyone sounds like the consensus is to stick with the factory rubber, was considering switching it all out while I did my suspension upgrade. really appreciate all the opinions.
