Throwing this out there to see what options I have. Located in So Cal (Orange County- Mission Viejo)
I took delivery of this 2022 Ram 1500 TRX on 12/30/2021 with hopes of enjoying it for a while before building out an overlanding rig either on this platform or another. I just ordered a camper shell for it, so before construction starts on it, I am considering going to a 3/4 or 1 ton truck to build off that. So seeing if anyone here is interested in buying or even trading for a 3/4 or 1 ton ram. Preferably already modified- I would love to find someone with a 2500 AEV prospector or something like that but open to other options as a trade + cash sort of deal.
Here's the details:
-2022 Ram 1500 TRX in Billet Silver
-1,100 miles- may go up as I drive it. Will likely get it's break in oil change soon.
-Purchased with just the options to make it perfect for off-roading
-TRX level one equipment group that brings in leather heated seats, premium bezels, and piping, heated wheel, pick up box lighting, among other options
-Bed utility group (Deployable bed step, spray in bed liner, adjustable cargo tie down rails)
-Remote Start
-TRX bed side graphics
-Mopar off-road running boards
-Surround View Camera system (gives 360 view, front view, mirror views so you can see front tires, and of course back up camera with option for auxiliary trailer cameras as well)
-Blind Spot and cross path detection w/ trailer detection
-Park sense front and rear park assist.
-Mopar Tri-Fold Tonneu Cover
-Weathertech mud flaps
-Ravelco Anti-theft device
-Will come with custom fit Covercraft Cover and custom fit windshield sun screen
-Window tint
-All that in addition to the standard TRX features like the 702HP hemi V8, 33 gallon fuel tank, class IV hitch etc...

As you can see, this would cost you over $87,000 to get the same build if you can find one for MSRP. Most dealers aren't selling these for MSRP off the lot. In fact doing a quick locate on the Ram site shows a similar truck for sale in LA for $116,000.
Ideally looking for a trade for something like an AEV prospector or other 3/4 1 ton ram trucks but may consider already build expedition type vehicles of any kind. Let me know what you got. Sale price would be $87,000
