Do you use Strava? that is the best way to look for maps, and follow me, Roberto Miranda...

We parked at the mall...

Albertsons-Sav-on - Avenida Pico & Presidio
804 Avenida Pico, San Clemente, CA 92672

from there, climb up via Calle del Cerro, connected with trail head for Ridgeline Trail at the top, almost down of Calle del Cerro, from there, follow the video...

there is a short cut, turn right on avenida "vista montana", turn left on "vista bolivia", turn left on "del dios" and the trail head is also there, easy way to climb! and you are done, ready for a great DH!

look for the Water Tanks, and follow the trail...

Yes I have just started using Strava just to track my trails and stuff. Mainly now I am riding Whitting Ranch, Trabuco, etc, but I have heard a lot of good things down around the 74, and these trails look like a lot of fun. Not sure how to track others on Strava, but I will look into it and figure it out.

Another great option to park already at the top

The Baron Von Willard Memorial Dog Park, an off-leash dog park is located at 301 Ave. La Pata

but the network of trails are like a spider web, a bunch of fun trails there, all connect one way or another with fire roads... I saw some maps, I'll take a picture next time...
