Saywhaaat's 06 Taco TRD 6 Speed Expo Build

So after a few trips this, I am feeling like my next mods need to add a dual battery setup, waking up to an empty battery was not fun luckily we were able to get a jump and start on some suspension. Bottoming out driving on the beaches makes me cringe every time. I also took the sidesteps off to get a bit more clearance, it looks a lot cleaner IMO

Ive searched awhile for what people are saying about batteries, please correct me if im mis informed, seems like yellow tops are no good anymore, odesseys require too high of a voltage to stay charged, that kind of leaves northstar or a blue top. Any 2 cents would be greatly appreciated.

Ahhh and my context has expanded. thanks! Im all about simplicity and less things to go wrong. Thanks for that link!

Diehard 31M seems to be winner, guy said he ran his ARB fridge for 5 days without starting and it started right up

Can I ask what killed your stock battery?

Just to much stuff or did something get left turned on?

Little bit of both, when we camp we like utilizing the outlet in the bed to keep our camp powered. Lighting, recharge devices, music etc. The 31m will allow us to be do our activities without having to worry about they battery dying in a couple hours. Not fun camping in the summer and you run a little fan to keep circulation in the tent, but you wake up sweaty and flipping hot cause the stock battery couldnt last for a night
