SD33T Needed

I am looking for an SD33T engine to go into my 83 Nissan Patrol Wagon. The original engine has died of a cracked head. If anybody has a donor engine that is known not to have a cracked head I am interested. I have been searching and have now contacted people who have found several engines but have all had cracked heads. a couple in the US and a few in Australia.
The vehicle is in good shape and I want to build a nice SD33T to go back into the vehicle.
Any help on this project will be appreciated.

Will an International Scout II from the late 70's with a diesel engine work? They had the Nissan SD33 engines in turbo and NA models. Also Jeep CJ10 air craft tugs came with them. I see the International engines from time to time for sale.

The turbo came in the scout 1 year and I have checked into it. I do see them come up for sale but cannot buy boat anchors if the head ends up cracked. I really need someone who knows they have a good engine with a good head. That is what I am interested in buying. I have already payed to check several heads. All cracked.

Iv'e been dealing with a couple companies in Australia and have checked a few here with no avail.
If anyone has a GOOD engine that can be rebuilt I am interested.

How big is the crack? Have you asked any shops if they can repair it?

I have had 2 shops say that it was not worth trying to repair. I am not sure how large it is?
