I just got rid of mine. They were cool at first, and somewhat of a novelty.
Long term, here are my thoughts:
More trouble then they are worth, very poor fitting for 4Runner seats. Some alteration to the mounting would help alot. I was particularly unimpressed by the mounting system for the bottom of the seat, which is a bunch of flimsy bungee cords that are obviously not designed to work with any seat other than a Jeep.
The MOLLE system is very cool, but I would recommend getting seat covers made at an upholstery shop and attach a MOLLE web on the back. This would provide a much better fit. Actually, with only slight alteration, you could adapt a MOLLE vest to fit over a traditional seat cover.
I never found uses for all the little pockets that come with the bags. I would prefer large bags if I were to employ the system again.
These covers took up too much room behind the seats, which was cutting into the dogs area. They are both big, and need the extra 6 inches of wiggle room. Also makes it very difficult for a normal sized people to ride in the back seat.
We needed map pockets for out topos and atlases. So I finally took them off and sold them. I never realized how much I disliked them until they were gone. I think it was the fact that I had wasted $100 on them that endeared me to them... escalation of commitment, etc.
