I second the waiting until you find the right one. When you said the bulkhead, outriggers and rear x member need replacing, I added the whole chassis to thou might as list and you might as well as you would have to take it completely apart to get the bulkhead out. Where you are there are so many options that we in the USA are very jealous of, take you time and find the right one. It sounds odd but be ready to pay the maximum you can to get the best series you can afford. Starting with a sold vehicle will save you a lot of money in the long run as you will not have to replace as much. When I got my IIa I stretched my budget more than I planned but I have not had to do any major work to it since-just replaced the seats, added some mats and have kept up the fluids/maintenence.
