Shark fin antenna and backup camera question

I want to get a new 2016 Taco, but my plan is to put a camper in the back. (4WC or flipac). My question is about covering the antenna on top of the cab. Can that thing be moved to the front, or has anyone put a camper on and still got radio coverage? I'm guessing that's were the GPS antenna is as well?
Second question: If I do get a four wheel camper, I'll have to remove the tailgate. Can you add a camera that mounts to the licence plate and connect it to the in cab equipment?

I have a 2009 and just relocated my camera to the top of my bumper with the existing wiring, no problem. It is just mounted with Velcro. Ron
