Sikaflex 252 question

Hello all. I am working on a little project bonding .080" thick 3' X 10' sheets of aluminum to a 1.25" square tube frame. I will be putting on 3 sheets total and have decided to use only sikaflex 252 to attach the panels to the steel frame.

I purchased 12 of the 10.5 ounce tubes from the local supply store (all they had at the time) and after talking with sika have decided to go with the 206 GP primer. The guy at sika told me to expect roughly 15 linear foot out of each tube (trying to get 2mm worth of glue between steel and aluminum using small spacers) but I forgot to ask him how much primer I should get. I believe I should have enough adhesive to do the job but at roughly $60 per 250ml bottle that primer is expensive and non returnable. I would just go buy one bottle of primer and get more as needed but the only people that sell sika products in my area don't keep the 206 primer on hand, they have to order it and takes about 4 days to get it to me so I'd like to get this right the first time.

Anyone have a suggestion on how much primer I should buy for the job I have ahead?

I think I have everything else covered but happy to take any suggestions you folks have that have been there done that with sikaflex.

Thanks
Randy
