Slight misfire/occasional hesitation

I have the slightest misfire. No CEL. 1997 4runner 4x4 V6 auto.
Things I have replaced in the last 2 years.

AIC valve, TPS sensor, PCV valve, #1&3 coils, #4 injector, Plugs and wires, Plenum gaskets. Compression check and leak down test come out fine. I tested with carb cleaner for vacuum leaks, didnt see any rise in RPMs. The intake boot is cracked with a temp duck tape fix. I'm replacing the Fuel Filter this weekend, it needs it. I tested the coils and injectors on the passenger side and they are all in spec.

A new observation I noticed coming back from a camp trip the other day, the occasional jolt from the misfire seemed to disappear after being driven for 20 minutes, or nice and warm.
Also prior to being warmed up I noticed that nothing was noticeable to when going down hill and using a low gear to maintain a slower speed.(higher RPMs)

Any ideas?

You may have a code stored even without the MIL on. I had the same issue a few months ago with my '96 V6 and it ended up being wires.

Is there anyway you can get access to a scanner? It would be nice to watch the cylinder misfire data while its happening.

Isolate the cylinder(s) and go from there.

I did have scanner hooked up but didn't drive with it hooked in. I'll borrow my friends to drive with.
Switching out the fuel filter tomorrow, it's time, I doubt that that will help.
