Small camper inspiration, ideas and plans

Hi everyone. I recently purchased a Jeep CJ10 which I am planning on turning into a camper. The vehicle has approx 1300kg payload and tray dimensions a bit over 2000x1500mm. I would like to avoid going past the height and width of the cab so am limited there as well.
The list I am hoping to fit internally is:
Double size or larger bed
Fridge
Cooker
Sink
Table
Seating
Toilet
Shower

External to the camper I would like:
Water tank
Extended fuel tank
Spare tyre
Solar panels
Tools
Recovery gear
Annexe

At the moment my plan is to have the bed attached to the roof of the camper and fold over. Similar to a camper trailer design. Internally I am unsure of what to do. Right now I am just starting on plans and research and am hoping for some good ideas and inspiration.
Firstly what should I use for the main body of the camper? I do not have to deal with extreme cold weather (min. of probably 0c) but temperatures reach approx 50c so does need to stay cool. Am competent in metal and wood work but would like to see a guide for basic construction.
Where could I buy a hinge capable of holding a bed without support on the other end? Both parts of the body will be adequately strengthened.
What would be considered minimum dimensions for things such as toilet/shower, bench, table and seating etc?
Does anyone have any useful space saving tips?
Thank for any help and input.
