Ad says 2006 Sportsmobile, V10 gas engine, 38k miles, 4x4 conversion, no popup roof, simple camper interior, $46K. For sale by dealer in Bellingham WA.

I'm pretty sure this is not a genuine Sportsmobile conversion. Still, it look functional.

Looked like an Atlas transfer case shifter so it is possible

I have not stopped to look at it, but from the photos it appears they van was ordered from SMB with the SMB 4x4 conversion and a simple interior with a big bed. The design details of the interior conversion makes me think it was built by SMB but I have no proof. I know SMB will build custom interiors as complex or as simple as you like.
