SOLD: 1993 Ford E350 Ambulance $950 SLC, UT

Hey all,

Selling a 1993 Ford E350 ambulance I picked up - I bought it non-running and was hoping it would be an easy fix to get 'er running again. As best I can tell, it needs a new engine, and that's just a bigger project than I'm capable of mechanically. Currently has a 7.3L Diesel Non-Powerstroke, but you could swap in a PSD 7.3 easily.

The box is right around 6'0" tall on the inside (I'm 6'5", so a little short for me). All doors and locks work well. Tires are also in shockingly great shape too.

Drive is 2wd, has ~240k miles on it. Title in hand. $950 obo.

Not a bad idea! I've got an F250 and am patiently waiting for the right slide-in.

You could get more from throwing the items in the cab on eBay, than your asking price is for the whole vehicle.

-Engine parts, etc $500+

Agree.... chop cab and trailer it..... or better yet... remove your truck bed.... and put this on it. Thats what I am doing... putting Freighliner ambo on an LMTV

You're right, but I'm not in a pinch to pull it apart to make some money - would rather help someone else get into a cool rig. I'm just trying to get back what I've spent on it so far.

I need to do some quick research to see how much trouble this would be to swap the box onto a long bed truck frame.. have an ‘89 f250 4wd that this would be perfect for

Hey all, sorry for the lack of specs recently - I've been over in Europe for the last three weeks, but I'm back stateside now. The lot that the ambo is sitting on just got sold, so my mechanic needs me to move it - very flexible on price, just would love to see this go to a good home!
