I'm the 4th owner. I have records of what I've had done. Last owner said he's a mechanic that bought it from his friend and had been doing the maintenance for years and years I guess.

I have a 01 i beat up, and boat load of parts for offroading. Its tempting. the 99 has the 4 speed, and a pinion front diff which ive proven can fail twice. on the other hand the issue is solved with some locking.
