SOLD!!

2004 Toyota Tacoma Extra-Cab TRD 4x4 overlanding/expedition vehicle. 12x,xxx miles (nearly all highway miles)

I'm sad to see my Tacoma expedition rig go, but with kids I can no longer justify owning this vehicle. I just recently purchased a 3rd gen 4runner..

This vehicle was not built as a rock crawler and never used as a rock crawler. It was built to take me into the Colorado backcountry and out again safely and reliably. I have slept in the bed of this vehicle too many times to count. It has never broken, not started, or complained. It has never been abused. I have done all maintenance. No accidents. Paint in very good shape with rock chips and mild scratches proportional to the vehicle's age. No rust issues. There is a small dimple on the rear bed gate that was there when I bought it. Everything works as it should. Timing belt done at just under 100K. I would not hesitate to drive this vehicle anywhere in the world.

Nearly everything was installed by Slee Offroad in Golden, CO. I have receipts for everything showing dates/mileage/etc. Nearly everything is around 2 years old.

I built this for reliability on solo expeditions. As such, there are absolutely no engine/performance mods ever done.

Important stuff:
2004 Toyota Tacoma Extra-Cab TRD 4x4 overlanding/expedition vehicle
12x,xxx miles
Factory electronic rear diff lock
Automatic transmission
Old Man Emu suspension (882 springs to handle the weight)
Dakar rear leaf springs with add-a-leaf (topper/rack/sliders add extra weight)
ARB front bumper
Warn M8000 Winch (control box mounted under hood to avoid damage/exposure)
CBI BOLT-ON sliders with kick-out (Bolt-on and kick-out=$$$$)
Snug top extended (tall) topper with interior fishing rack (tall topper allows you to sit up on sleeping platform/cot without hitting your head)
Metal grills over the topper windows (allows you to keep the windows open and people don't steal your stuff)
Bed with Rhinoliner
Custom Tacoma bed rug (insulates and pads the truck bed for better sleeping!)
Home brew, lockable fly fishing rod case (essentially the same as Titan Rod Vault)
Rhino Rack 8x8 awning (Same as ARB)
Yakima Basket case (low profile when not in use so saves gas, but holds ton of stuff)

Current tires are Yokohama Geolander AT-S. For $500 I can put on nearly new BFG All-terrains
Aftermarket Sony headunit with aux input and Satellite radio.

I am not in a rush to sell this thing. I am not really interested in parting out at this time as much of the stuff I added can be bolted directly on to my new-to-me 3rd gen 4runner. If you don't want the fishing rod case, then no big deal, I can remove it.

These Tacomas seem to sell for really high prices here in Denver.

Price Drop to $14,700

Price drop to $14,700.

This is getting close to my break even point where it will be cheaper to move everything to my 3rd gen 4runner and sell the Tacoma as a daily driver.

I would kill me to pay to have this stuff taken off the Tacoma and moved over to the 3rd gen 4runner given that I paid Slee Offroad a ton of money to install everything.

Why not simply swap the parts over yourself, it's not that hard.
