Hi and thank you for your interest- I had it done at ~120,000 miles as the oil cooler had a hole in it. The 'bulletproofing' is done to take away the issues that came with the Ford 6.0 engine. Once this is done, they say it should last to 300-400 k +. I have all of the receipts for this vehicles entire maintenance life.

Bulletproofed engine
- New Upgraded Oil Cooler
- Head studs
- EGR delete
- Dummy plugs
- Branch tubes
- Head gaskets

Thanks for the response.
Seems about right.
THE van has all that I’m looking for, BUT
I think this van is a bit out of my league .

It's beautiful, very nice build. Any suspension work? What's the fuel economy like? What's the tow capacity?
I agree with rhonerides that based on the platform, vintage and mileage, it's a few $10k's over for me.
GLWS!
