2009 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab Long Bed 4x4 V6 4.0 w/Madcap Cab-Over Camper 216,000 miles, Located in Santa Rosa, CA $31,500
I'm the second owner, and have had the truck for around 5 years since 100k miles. All of the modifications by either me or Thorsons Offroad here in Santa Rosa. This rig has been amazing and has never left me stuck or stranded. Very capable and comfortable in just about any conditions you can throw at...warm to camp in the winter nice and cool in the summer. I take it offroad, but it's never wheeled or abused...some mild trails and fire roads to access remote camp spots. Drives like a Cadillac on and off the road with the Kings, Icons, and Deaver springs...you can take your hands off the wheel at 75 on the highway and it tracks laser straight, no ghost steer or wobble of any kind. Oil changed every 3k miles religiously with Mobile1 and Lucas, full transmission service @ 20k ago, both front wheel bearings have been replaced, carrier bearing replaced, Im going to do the valve cover gaskets (have them just haven't had the time yet to install) all maintenance has been done as needed...I've never had any issues with this rig and it has been super reliable...I've driven it all over. Nice Alpine stereo with Apple Play. Heavy duty floor mats front and back, CoverKing Rhino Hide seat covers (seats and carpet are clean underneath, I've had the covers on since i've owned the truck)...Interior is clean. This rig needs nothing and is turn key, a few small nicks/scratches and dings from normal use...nothing big. Front of the truck and headlights have clear bra on them...four HID fogs in the front bumper and LED headlights w/smittybilt X2O 10,000lb winch w/synthetic line and bluetooth remote, two LED lights in the rear bumper all on separate switches. Tow package with trailer brake. No accidents.
Camper is pretty unique and you'd be lucky to see another on the road. Manufactured by a company called Madcap, from what I could find out...they were only around for a couple years. Nice and aero dynamic, side and front windows have sliders with screens and fold up (insulated and black out covers for all windows)...rear is full height to get gear in and out easily. In/Out roof fan, lighting, slider for gear under a twin memory foam mattress (I'm 6'2" and fit very comfortably) Bike chock, Tons of storage in the cab over area...slider and floor are rhino lined, 2-100 watt Renolgy Solar panels on the roof w/Yakima Aero Bars. Dometic Fridge and Eco Flow Battery box are NOT included in the sale. Tuffey Lockbox and factory AC outlet in the truck bed. The whole camp setup is easily removed with a few bolts if you need to haul anything big. 216,000 well maintained miles with tons of life left in the rig...I wouldn't hesitate to drive to Alaska or the East Coast tomorrow.
