Hey folks! I recently posted our FWC Eagle on Craigslist. Wanted to share it with the EP community as well:
We're selling our beloved Adventure Wagon.
It's a Ford Ranger pickup with a lightweight slide-in pop-up camper. It's perfect for solo adventurers or couples who want a little more comfort while camping. We've taken great care of it. We recently converted a Sprinter van, and no longer need the truck + camper. Truck has an upgraded stereo with bluetooth, CD player and usb ports. New tires, brakes and a tow hitch installed.
We've driven this truck cross country, and while the truck isn't incredibly powerful, it gets about 20+ mpg with the camper on it, and 28+ mpg without. It gets you where you need to go!
The FWC Eagle Adventure Wagon sleeps 3, with a queen size bed and fold out couch. It's the "shell" model of the Eagle, which means it doesn't have the dealer-installed kitchen, shower or heater.
We've added a simple water jug, cutting board, one-burner butane stove, cooler, and propane heater which are yours when you buy it.
A simple battery system (recharged by truck while driving) powers lights and an inverter so you can recharge electronics. There's a ceiling fan, underseat storage and a brand new Yakima roof rack for surfboards, bikes and kayaks (included - worth $900). A solar shower is mounted on the rack (included - worth $300) which is also included.
These rigs are rare and sought-after, so don't expect this to last!
