2014 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara Polar Edition. ~93k miles, 2nd owner. Dual Tops

The good + equipped features:
-Power Windows & locks, heated seats
-Navigation system with Sirius XM radio, single CD changer, MP3 storage system onboard, I've never used but it's there and can be used.
-115/120v 5a plug below arm-rest for on the go charging of whatever.
-Limited slip for RWD - factory option Trac-Lok
-Raptor Lined steel wheel fenders
-EAS Steel inner wheel well liners
-Auxbeam dual pillar led lights, wired to sync on/off with hi-beams and A-Frame switch
-onboard mounted ARB Air compressor
-Steel powder coated rock rails
-Dual tops - Premium freedom soft top included, good condition soft windows etc.
---- Soft windows have tint to them, rear one as well.
-Stock lift & suspension
-Tow hitch & trailer hookup
-Auto dim rear-view
-Cargo-guard carpet (prevents stuff from getting caught when seats are down)
-all weather mats including cargo area
-Bose speaker system
-No major scratches on exterior. Very few if any, for that matter.
-New plugs at 86k miles
- Oil changed 2k miles ago with full synthetic. Always changed at 7k with full synthetic
-Rear axle recall was done at ~76k miles, diff fluid changed then too
- K&N 1M mile engine air filter installed
-Defrosting mirrors & rear window with hard top, definitely not rear defrost with soft top.
-Tires are at about 45% tread left, didn't measure it though. LT265/70R-18/10 Back Country AT's on all 4. OEM spare, never used.
The bad:
- Windshield has crack and stars, working on insurance replacement from road rock chips (will be replaced before it is transferred to new home)
- surface rust on rock rails
- one of the two leads for the rear window defrost came unsoldered. works 100%, provided the lead is touching the window where it should. Second lead no issues
-Pinhole leak somewhere on the driver rear tire, Schwab couldn't find it. Loses ~ 1 psi per two to three days, or none. Depends on how it is parked.
-some minor scratches in plastic in the rear passenger door and cargo area (see photos).
- some minor rock chips on A-pillars. I have touchup paint pens & clear coat. If there is a non-rainy somewhat warm day, I'll have those patched up before transfer as well.
-Front bumper has a crack in the plastic on the passenger side and is slightly bent inward. Does not rub, and has been that way since ~20k miles (icy driveway +basketball pole.) Was going to replaced the bumper with a Rock Hard front bumper, just never got to it, so this was never fixed.
The r/Misc:
Bolts are in the hinges for the doors, I have pegs that I never installed for easy on/off I will give with the jeep, along with the TORX ratchet kit for removing whatever you want.
I have the bag for the freedom top panels as well to prevent scratches, that comes along for the ride as well.
Will deliver within a reasonable distance.
Arm-rest has neoprene cover on it which you can remove (you can tell it is a bit sun-bleached, have had it on since about 30k miles).
Has vin-engraved windows and the clear-coat simonize from the dealer (supposed to prevent minor brush scratches).
Will replace windshield before it is sold (has two stars and a crack out of main LOS view).
Used off road probably average of 12-15 times / year. No rock crawling, almost all forest roads and some dirt two track.
I BELIEVE the gearing ratio is 3.21. Does not have MAX tow package (unfortunately).
All 4X works, zero issues with it ever.
NEVER been smoked in
Has had numerous trips with doggos of every size in it.
Mountain decal is in good condition all around. Minor decal scuff above drivers fender from replacing the OEM plastic ones. RE: don't wife aggro then ask for help holding stuff an hour later.
Any and all questions - ask. I have more photos than I can upload. I'm sure there is something that I forgot to add.
