Price Drop, Now $27,500.We are selling our Grandby Front Dinette Loaded with extras including recent $4000 solar/rewire/ lithium battery upgrades. This unit was gently used. We find we are not using it for off road camping as much as expected and plan to do more long term camping trips so we are switching to a tow behind fiberglass trailer. We had some great times with this unit, and love the ability to carry our kayaks and bikes.
This camper is located for viewing in Santa Rosa California now but we will also possibly be showing the camper in Portland Oregon from April 13 to 17 if it is still available at that time. Please reach out now if interested in seeing it at either location.
This camper was picked up at the Woodland factory in December 2017. It is a Grandby with front dinette which the largest and most expensive slide in 4 wheel camper available. Grandbys are hard to find in the used marketplace, especially the newer models in good condition like this one. The factory has been great for providing parts by mail and can do work on this camper on site so it really is built to last a lifetime.
Standard features include all aluminum flex frame and aluminum exterior and roof. Extended cabover bed with mattress. 110 volt electrical. 12 volt outlets. Interior and Exterior led light. Wood cabinetry with formica countertop. Windows and door with screens. Privacy curtains. Fire extinguisher, 2 10 lb propane tanks, smoke and LP/CO 2 detector, 20 gallon fresh water tank, insulated side walls and roof.
We added almost all of the extra options available including front dinette with swivel table and bench seats with storage and cushions that converts to a double bed, King sized slideover bed with mattress, jacks, aluminum jack brackets, 2 way fridge, heater, water heater with outdoor shower, powered roof vent fan, extra roof vent, side awning, yakima roof tracks, exterior led lights, thermal pack, silver spur exterior, porta potti, flush mount sink and stove, king bed, gas assist exterior struts. We will also include an outdoor tent shower (never used) and speaker stands (we used these when we had 2 kayaks on the roof).
In 2022 we had Zero Declination (KP Pawley) in Reno install upgrades for lithium ion/ solar including new 4awg wiring, 80 amp breaker, Victron battery monitor, Victron charger and Mppt charge controller, 100 ah Battleborn lithium ion battery. We installed 2 rooftop solar panels on the yakima rack tracks (they can still be used as racks for kayaks etc). These upgrades cost about $4000 and are included. If you do not want the lithium battery and solar panels we can knock something off the price but this upgrade was a game changer for off grid camping. The unit has an exterior zamp port so additional portable solar panels can be used to supplement the rooftop solar as well.
We are asking $27,5000 for this Granby, we can negotiate a lower price without lithium ion battery and solar panels/racks and you can add your own deep cycle battery but we do not recommend that. My estimate for a current one with all these features is around $43000 before taxes. Save by buying this gently used unit. Everything works, there are no issues with this camper at all.
