I have just come across your trailer advertisement and I am very interested in it. If you dont mind I just have a few questions:

1. What is the reason you are selling and was it built by Wanderlist Overland or So-Cal Trailers? Are you the only owner?
2. How long have you had the trailer and is everything functioning well and have you had any issues or repairs?
3. Does it have hot water, a shower or heater
4. In terms of the sink, how have you been managing that and do you know if you could install a sink in the galley?

Also would you be able to do a walk around video and some more photos to send me and any more details you think could be helpful?

Hey Adrian thanks for getting in touch!, A little bit of background i purchased 2 SoCal Krawlers for my camper rental company back in 2018. After 2019 season I rarely had 2 Campers booked at once and have decided i only need one. I bought them new from Wanderlust Overland in Oregon at the time they were one of the few licensed to build and sell for SoCal Teardrops, they no longer do the trailers and now mainly focus on Tacoma build outs.
No hot water but includes a 30gal water tank with filtered pump system that provides water to a shower head which we use to manage the dishes. If i were to add hot water i would look at mounting one of the external tanks.
This particular trailer has had VERY little use, only went out a couple of times in 2019 for a total of 7 days, lives in a garage and hasn’t required any maintenance, I would rate it as like new mint condition you wouldn’t be disappointed.
