I don't know how AT does model years, but I paid for this in 2020 and received it in 2021 from FWC in Bozeman. We've used it less than 10 nights, and it's been awesome, but we ended up selling the truck and I have no plans for a 5.5 foot bed truck in the future.
This was on a 2020 F-150 5.5' bed, crew cab.
It has the Habitat room enclosure which we used once and at the time was a $1,050 option. Also has factory L-track and roof cross-bars, and interior light with battery monitor and 12v outlet.
There are no known issues and I would say it's near-new condition. I hauled some firewood at one point that had been burnt in a forest fire, so the only cosmetic issues are a few black spots on the wall carpet which I'm sure would come out with some stain remover.
