SOLD : 3 Kayaks For Sale

These have been SOLD

My wife and I are looking to sell our kayaks and move to some Sit On Top style ones that will be more suited for Fishing off of and being able to get in and out of easily down here in this warmer water.

We used these boats alot when we traveled and lived in a colder climate, but we've found that we dont use them that much down here in Cedar Key. We'd be willing to trade all 3 for a pair of Tarpon 120's or Tarpon 140's if anyone is looking to go to a more traditional style kayak or has some extra Sit On Top's lying around

These photos are of us using them because I dont have any photos of them just lying around. I can take more if anyone is interested in them. They're used boats and have the usual scratches from being used, but they're in great shape and I wouldnt hesitate to load them up and go for a multi-day paddle. It'll be hard to sell these boats because of all we've seen and done in them. They've paddled the Apostle Islands, the Sea of Cortez in Baja Mexico and dozens of rivers in between.

1st boat - Perception Carolina 14.5 w/Rudder $500

All of these boats are at my place in Cedar Key if anyone wants to come by and look at them or take them for a paddle. I'll even buy you a round of beers out back at the tiki bar behind our place

Thanks

3 Kayaks

If you are interested I have a '16"7 tandem Sea Kayak Cabo that I would like to trade for the Carolina. My e-mail is dbellante@tampabay.rr.com. If you contact me I could send some pics if you are interested. Not sure if I posted the pics properly on this post.

...looking to...move to some Sit On Top style ones

I love sit-on-tops. It seems those dedicated to the sport regard them like 80 series LCs :sombrero: vs. traditional sit-ins (LC100s). However, I've always enjoyed them thoroughly more, especially (obviously) with my sons on board, even in colder waters.

Good on you.

Heading out west any time soon?

Now that I have more storage room, I wish my 12.5' 'yak was a couple feet longer . . .

Sorry about not locking this thread a few days ago...these were all sold right away locally

Just got a new Wilderness Systems Tarpon140 with a rudder. Going crazy because I got it last week and it's been too windy all week to go out on the water. So I'm simply sitting here looking at it in the yard

I feel your pain. I stashed my spare change (and a few large bills) for over a year to buy a new mountain bike. I finally have enough $$$, so I go order it. The morning after I bring it home, I ********** my toe on my way to the bathroom in the dark. Toe swells up, turns black and blue, hurts like hell . . .
