This is a very nice, well equipped and taken care of special edition GS Adventure. I've been an active member of STN, ADV Rider, and have worked with RKA luggage in the past at bike shows and in forums as USAMEDIC or USA_MEDIC. Ive rode over 1,200,000 miles on bikes, of which over 1,000,000 was on 6 bmw's. They are all still being rode today, and two are near a half million miles. None of my bikes have ever had critical failures and all have been maintained by myself, or bmw factory mechanics. This bike has been cared for by myself and an excellent mechanic in Santa Rosa, CA(former BMW factory trained mechanic/dealer mechanic who has been great with my 1200).
I'll provide additional pictures upon request. ISSUES - None -
that said the seat is built for me and I am 6'4". If your not 6'2" or better you probably won't be able to touch the ground flat foot, and maybe even touch it at all. Its a tall bike with a tall seat. Used russell seats sell well however, and you should be able to get more than enough to replace with a stocker and or a corbin or something else.
Couple scratches on a right side crash bar, from a fall in dirt. See more at <http://www.usa-medic.com/2010_R1200GS_Adventure.html>
