Hello,

Up for sale is 1992 Fleetwood Jamboree Searcher at only 18 feet long (20' with the rack). I completely renovated the interior and prepped the rig for a month long trip back in November 2020. I did 3000 miles and had no issues. The RV is setup with a welded, heavy duty rack that I used to bring my 1993 Kawasaki KLR650. I’ll include the bike for the right price. I am located in Huntington Beach, CA.

This rig is perfect to get you out far enough for a launch point with the motorcycle for some exploring while having a cozy home to come back to.

This rig was also featured on Tiny Home Tours YouTube channel. You can see the video here

RV Specs:
Year: 1992
Miles: 83,000
Engine: Ford 460 7.5
Chassis: E350 dually
Interior: 4 burner stove and oven, dinette converts to full bed, queen bed in cabover, full toilet and shower in bathroom with hot water

Recent mechanical maintenance:
  • Upgraded AC to R134A in last year
  • New brakes in last 6 months
  • Brand new tires in last 6 months
  • Spare parts include: water pump, fuel pump, fuel line, clamps, fuel filter, hoses, fuses, code reader, etc. I have a google doc with all spare parts that I carry including parts number that I’ll pass along to the buyer
Recent RV maintenance:
  • Recently sealed whole roof and all exterior seams. Any and all exterior crevice were sealed in the last 6 months
  • New backup camera
  • New fridge regulator
  • New auxiliary battery from Costco (last 6 months)
  • Completely renovated interior
  • New memory foam mattress topper
  • Brand new toilet
  • New sink and shower fixtures
  • New table leg
  • Lots more that I’m forgetting
Cons:
  • RV furnace doesn’t work but overhead AC unit has a low heat feature that works great when on hook ups
  • 5000 watt generator was removed from the rack for the motorcycle but I still have if the buyer is interested
  • Cabover had small water damage in corner that was repaired upon my purchase. This RV has been in rain multiple times since with no leaks
  • Fridge struggles on propane to get below 45 degrees. Works fine on electric. The freezer works great both ways so I keep a few ice packs in the freezer that I switch out to keep things cool. I spent a month on the road like this and was fine.
I will include the bike at an additional cost but willing to make a package deal. The bike is a 1992 Kawasaki KLR 650 with 20k miles. The previous owner was the original owner and always stored the bike inside. Meticulously maintained. By far the cleanest and most reliable bike I’ve owned.

Extras for the right price:
  • 100W Solar Panel and 300W Portable Battery
  • Jump Starter / air compressor combo that also doubles as a backup battery with 110 plugs and USB outlets
  • Leveling blocks
  • Heavy Duty tie downs for motorcycle
  • Tool kit
  • Much more that I’m forgetting
She may be rough around the edges but she blends in well. This is a package deal for anyone who is ready to hit the road. Ill include all interior cookware, flashlights, bedding, literally everything. This rig is 100% ready to go for some adventures and will only need regular maintenance to keep chugging along.

I am asking $18,000.
