Gently used ARB 3 person RTT with Annex. Canvas is in great shape with no rips or tears. All zippers in good condition. Always stored in garage when not being used and never put away wet.
Mounting rails are currently positioned for the tent to open to the rear but can be changed to open to the side if desired.
Simply outgrew it and moved up to a 4 person tent.
