This is an older tent that has served us extremely well. New in 2013 with many nights of use and still in very good shape with no major flaws. Cover is about two years old, new external heavy duty straps and window poles last fall. Replaced inner velcro straps with cinch type (orange straps in picture) allowing easy closure when using a memory foam topper. Includes condensation mat and full annex (not pictured).
This is one of CVTs bigger models with a sleeping area is 96x72. We easily slept three in this all the time. It’s a great tent and we've had zero issues with it. Our daughter is now out of the house and we adopted a Husky last year so we're upgrading to a Four Wheel Camper for a bit more room.

If interested, the rack will also be available. Custom build steel rack. Has some surface rust, but a quick sanding and some Rustoleum and all set to go. Asking $200.
