I am selling a gently used Mt Shasta RTT. Sorry but local sale only, I will not ship.
I bought a Mount Rainier in the group buy last April but due to delays in the tent coming in, and a scheduled trip planned before my actual tent coming in, CVT sent me a Mount Shasta to get me through my trip. Tent was brand new when I received it and was only used for one trip (5 nights). The only reason I am selling is so that I can get the Mt. Rainier I originally purchased (need the larger size for my family). Rather than dealing with shipping the loaner back to CVT, I offered to sell it at a discount locally to save them on the additional shipping costs. Proceeds will be going back to CVT.
There are some dents / dings on the bottom of the tent from shipping, but only superficial. Additionally, the zipper on the travel cover lost a few teeth but it still closes, and you can get a replacement if you really desire. In addition to the Annex that come with the tent, you will also be getting the ladder extension and anti-condensation mat. Everything else is perfect and works as designed. More details on the Mt. Shasta can be found on the CVT website: http://www.cascadiatents.com/Mt-Shasta-Roof-Top-Tent.htm?m=87&s=615&&id=116
Tent was only mounted for the one trip, was removed the day after we returned, and has been in my garage since.
If you purchase this from CVT today your cost would be $1,804.00 with shipping, so you are saving over $700.
Pics from my trip (back in July):
Let me know if you have any questions. PM me if you are interested in purchasing.
Thanks!
