Interior: 45" wide by 80" long.
3” high density foam mattress and cover with separate anti-condensation mat.
Telescoping aluminum ladder.

This tent has only been used a handful of times and is in excellent condition. It is stored in the garage when not being used.
I live in the Northern Los Angeles area, but will consider meeting at other locations if I can work it into another trip.
