The ultimate bug-out van. There is no better vehicle to get you out into the middle of nowhere. This van has driven coast to coast multiple times. Has pulled a 30ft Airstream trailer over 10,000 miles. Has driven the Jeep trails of Moab, gone over Mosquito Pass, and has been my constant mountain bike adventure companion for almost 6 years. Alas, it is time for us to part ways.
1999.5 7.3L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel w/ just under 330,000 miles
Major events:
4x4 Conversion (100% new drivetrain) - 03/2015
Engine pulled - all seals replaced @ 257K miles - 12/2017
New Transmission - 06/2018
CCV 4x4 Conversion:
6" of lift
Dana 60 front axle
Sterling 10.5 Rear
Coil front suspension
Bilstein Shocks
Borg Warner transfer case

Evolution CTS2 Tuner w/ EGT probe.
ATS Diesel 4R100 Stage 2 Transmission (still under warranty)
40 Gallon fuel tank
ARB Air Locking differentials in front and Back
17" Aluminum Pro Comp Rims
BF Goodrich All Terain Tires - LT315/70R17/D 121S
Roof and rocker panels sprayed with bed-liner
Custom Steel bumper/tire carrier/bike rack
Firestone airbag rear suspension
Trailer brake
Removable rear seats with over-shoulder seat belts.
Custom steel/wood shelving.
Aluminus Roof rack, ladder, and Nerf bars
Fiamma Awning
Bushwacker Fender Flares
LED Flood Lights (Not connected, couldn't bring myself to drill into the roof)
Tires have approx 20k miles on them.
Oil changes done religiously with Rev-x Additive.
Under carriage maintained with Fluid film once a year
Van interior (rear) has been rust-protected and insulated.
Van rear floors double insulated w/ 3/4" hardwood ply sub-floor
Numerous components swapped out for new over 6 years.
I have kept excellent maintenance history/documentation.
Needs work:
Clear coat is peeling over silver paint.
some minor dings (it's an off-road vehicle)
Doors lock by hand or with key fob.
Some oil leaks from the turbo resonator.
