- Water system optimized for off-grid/winter use
- Added small, optional ½ gallon interior greywater system
- Greywater can be routed either inside to a ½ gallon tank under the sink or to the standard ⅝” fitting outside. Interior tank is small, but useful for cold winter camping or situations where draining your grey water outside is not acceptable.
- City water hookup has been disconnected, but can be re-connected if desired.
- Shurflo Everpure inline “under sink” water filter
- Water in 20 gallon tank is pre-treated using bleach and the everpure filter removes particulates and bleach. This keeps the tank clean and your drinking water safe.
- Flow rate of faucet is unaffected.

Minor Issues
- Very small tear in the corner of the interior ceiling liner. It was like this when I got it. Someone left something on the counter when they lowered the roof. I would not notice this if I wasn’t looking for it specifically.
- Bubbling in vinyl floor near the door. Vinyl floor has started to separate in a couple small spots near the door. The edges are still fine, there are just a couple small spots you can feel in the middle of the floor.
- Some “oil-canning” on the roof, which seems to be common with these newer seamless roofs
- One of the interior ceiling trim pieces has a small abrasion in the outer layer and will swell/shrink with high/low humidity. It was like this when I got it. Pretty much a non-issue, and could be fixed with a new trim piece or sealing the abrasion.
