For sale is a 1981 Four Wheel Camper (FWC) Granby model pop up truck camper. I had plans of turning this into potentially a flatbed version or just restoring it as a light shell model to use on my 1st gen tundra. I would guess as it sits it weighs around 600-700 lbs. If you know anything about the older FWC they have a step in the side of them that makes it near impossible to fit any post 95 or so truck bed. I tore out the old side walls and replaced them with marine plywood, this both replaced the old wood and also trimmed the side walls so that it can be installed in a normal bed pickup. The windows are all functional and have no cracks in them. The canvas is in ok shape, it has the old style canvas that has multiple layers to it, I tore out most of the inner layer and the outside layer will definitely work but is by no means perfect. The popup panels on both the front and rear need to be replaced, I rebuilt one of them but have not installed it onto the roof. The second one the material is there it just needs to be done. The roof skin will need to be replaced or patched, at some point an aluminum rack was mounted to the roof and it tore the sheetmetal in a couple spots which led to it leaking. I have 3 atwood jacks to go with it, they were mounted two on the passenger corners and the third in the center of the driver wall. They are not hard mounted at this point. I have the appliances still and they will be included as well as some cushions and supplies. I have the sink, stove, propane furnace, water tank and some cushions. $1200 obo located in western Montana 406-830-5266 call or text, serious inquires only
