Hallmark Cuchara XL (Boulder, CO)
I bought this camper recently and suddenly life has gotten very busy - looks like I'll be purchasing a house to rehab as well and in all honesty might be looking at storing this for a year before I can really get into it.
It's currently winterized and I have not used it at all yet. Was told it was a 1999 model but looks like date of mfr December 1997, see photos - not sure how Hallmark classifies these.
Please note this is for a full size, longbed truck. It's a ton of space inside for a popup but I don't think you want to attempt to fit this on a shortbed truck or a ½ ton.
Located very close to Hallmark HQ if anyone wanted to have any work done on it by the OEM.
From my pre and post sale inspection, everything looks pretty good, needs some cleaning, and either a new roof or some cleaning and sealing on the current one.
The fabric has some sun damage on just the front section, looks like a pretty easy repair and could be used as-is. See photos.
It comes with a solid rolling platform to move it around off-vehicle, some plywood supports to actually use it off-vehicle (in camp), the spring type turnbuckles to secure it to the vehicle, deep cycle battery, expandable stairs, water and sewer hoses, shore power cords, original manual and documentation for all the systems.
I was planning on cleaning it up, installing flexible 160w solar panel on the roof, and a new Maxx fan above the bed. And maybe looking into Hallmark putting on a new one piece FG roof and fabric.
It does have water heater and inside and outside shower. Let me know any other questions on specs or build.
