This is Kinoko:

Complete custom-built off-road, overland, off-grid, cargo trailer conversion.
This trailer was built for two people and two dogs to be completely self-sufficient off-grid for long weekends or weeks at a time. It was designed to be a base camp for further exploration and travel off-road.
It weighs 3K pounds wet and fully loaded. It tows perfectly on and off-road, follows perfectly and everything works exactly as designed.
Some specifications:
Trailer was custom ordered for this build with aluminum frame rails, framing,
smooth siding, 7' tall with no vents.
8" of lift (axle flip plus tires), 34" tires (265/70R18 Jeep Wrangler wheels/tires),
2" of extruded insulation in roof and walls, 4" in the floor.
8K btu diesel heater.
No windows (I have some that come with it if you want them), two maxx-air 10spd fans which can push or pull (no need for air conditioning).
22 gal of fresh water, 1 gal grey water. water pump, no hot water (easily added if wanted), outside shower.
200AH lithium batteries, 400watts of solar, 3K inverter w bypass, shore power, and battery disconnect. cellular antenna on the roof for your hotspot.
Traditional van build with a lower garage that stores two bikes and all the rest of your climbing, skiing, hiking, etc gear.
Front kitchen, lots of storage, cooktop inside or out (propane or induction capable).
12V fridge/freezer and port-a-potty are all included and easily accessible.
Table is completely adjustable, mounts in multiple locations and folds out to double its size, and is bamboo.
Sealing is shoshugibon pine with beautiful depth, and floors are a near-black luxury vinyl plank and life/waterproof. All lights are LED.
Outside awning portable to put on either side of the trailer or tow rig.

Nothing normal about this trailer, it is not for most people but to the right person this is perfect. 4 seasons, truly capable on and off-road, incredibly light and fully self-contained. You can cook induction, run fans and lights all day and charge multiple laptops and solar/batteries keep up perfectly. Sleep with the doors open without bugs, and close everything up so it is safe when leaving camp.

It is extremely difficult to price something like this. I have priced it in the middle of what I have been told it is likely worth. I am open to offers and I could easily add or subtract items to match what the new owner needs.

If you need a video tour or would like to talk in-depth about the build I am available most days/evenings to provide more detail or questions/answers.

If it is posted it is available. Cross-posted in multiple locations.
