I bought this from Apple Refurbished back in Sept 2013. It has been great with no cracks or exterior damage. No warranty. Has been reset back to factory settings. The only issue I have had is the speaker stops working, but a hard reboot fixes the issue. I have had the speaker issue a couple of times.

Update...make me an offer on this...might be a good toy for the kids or a dedicated expo rig iPad...the speaker issue is a slight irritation and is fixed with a hard restart....it does not interfere with the function of the iPad and is not the reason I am selling....I ran out of storage space...since I fly a lot the 32gb was not enough so I bought a Mini 3 with 128GB....
