Sadly I'm going to have to move and start Medical School. I hate to let it go but I'm not going to have time to use it. Also I need the cash to help get ready and move. The mattress is very comfortable and it is the upgraded 3 inch thick option with removable washable cover. It is the black Roost Roof Top Tent with red sides and I will include the collapsible ladder. There is a small rip in the mesh which I repaired with Gear Aid tent mesh repair kit. I spent over $3,000 to ship it and get the thicker mattress. $1,600 or best offer. I'm in Salt Lake City Utah. PM me if you are interested.
