the canvas is in great shape, inside and mattress/mattress cover clean
the tent cover had a rip, which i sealed with some sealing tape
the bottom outside (the side that would be facing up when closed) is dirty from me crawling across it when closed and on the roof)
some of the interior seams (the seam tape) is coming loose
