Not sure this is completely accurate but: https://www.rvguide.com/specs/forest-river/toy-hauler/2017/flagstaff-se/t12rbsse.html Also: This video is not ours but it shows how easy the set up is.
We purchased this new/never used “off road” Hard Sided A frame camper for extended adventures on and off road in February 2018. We have used this camper about ¼ as much as we had planned due to my parents having ongoing medical problems starting in September 2018 and requiring us to be mostly stationary and as a result, not being able to travel for extended periods.
We did take one long trip out west in the summer of 2018 for about two months/9100 miles, and it was perfect. We havemade some substantial modifications including a heavy-duty steel rear rack attached to the frame, carrying two 10-gallon gas cans, one 10-gallon water can, and two locked and cabled Honda EU2200i generators which can be run in parallel, all custom mounted. Adding the rack in the rear really balanced the unit out so that it does not need a sway bar, except perhaps in strong winds and depending upon the tow rig capacities. We have also designed storage and management systems that enable efficient and easy set up and take down as well as livability, significantly increasing the storage of personal items.
Included are the two gas and one water can, miscellaneous tie down ratchet straps & bungees, the two Honda EU2200i Generators, two light plastic three drawer chests, a grey water catchment bucket, nice large porta-potty, a stand-alone exterior shower/bathroom enclosure, wheel chocks, stabilizer pads for the stabilizer jacks, small grease gun for the wheel bearings, water hose, linens, pillows, storage containers for sundries and personal items, reading lights, two 10# propane cylinders, an interior circulating fan & heater, collapsible broom, entry rugs, interior rugs and two floor mats.
This is a turn-key camper fully ready to travel in comfort anywhere you want to tow it.
PM me for details or post questions at will. We are in North Florida.
I am listing it locally in a couple weeks too but wanted to give Expedition Portal Members first dibs.
