1942 Chevy G7123 Military 1 1/2 Ton 4X4 COE Truck

I've always thought the old COE trucks were pretty cool, and have seen some great hot-rod-haulers. Now I'd really love to see someone with the time and talent turn this into an expo camper!

Very cool. I've thought the same thing about the old COEs. Never seen one with 4X4 running gear before. I think the reality might be quite different from the dream, though. I suspect the narrow cab would feel pretty cramped by modern standards.

That truck would look Awesome with a modded Airstream on the back of it. May not be totally functional in use, but the roundness of the truck would make it fitting for me.:costumed-smiley-007

Somebody has 'been there, done that' with this Ford. Elsewhere on the internet I've seen this same one or a Ford just like it where you can see the full side view, but I can't find it now....

I love old COEs. I dream about building a very cool hauler one day.
