Something cool unearthed on my M416A1

Hey all. Today I had been scrubbing and sanding on the fenders of my trailer. The underside of the fenders were so Gunked up I decided to soak them them in oven cleaner and most of the gross crap came off afterwards with a pressure washer. While doing so, I came across this marking. Some sort of silk screen watermark from the steel mill. It says Wheeling-Pittsburgh and Made in USA. Pretty freaking cool.

Since you said youre sanding this, please be sure to use a respirator and keep others away from the dust.

If that trailer had the standard Military CARC paint, that shi7 is extra nasty, you dont want to breathe any of that.

This predates CARC. Just standard old nasty dust.
