Source of plastic tie-down loops/rings?

I have a bunch of waterproof plastic cases that I want to strap to the outside of my car. Best way to do so is to attach some sort of rings or loops to the outside of the case without drilling, i.e. glue them on. Does anyone know a source of flat-mount plastic rings or whatever they are called?

Drill and silicone. I don't see how glue or tape is gonna work for a tie down point.

Glue-on fittings will fail. Best to use straps all the way around the item you are strapping to your vehicle.

You may find that once you know what you are looking for that it will be available off the shelf at your closest Home Depot, Lowe's, Harbor Freight or even Walmart.

Of course, the straps go all the way around, the eyelets are only to guide the straps. However, I have six 4-way eyelets on my elderly camera case and they survived multiple mountains, a flooded campsite and countless rides on top of my Volvo. The trick is to use a "welding" agent rather then an epoxy-based glue.
