Big thanks to all the Expo folks for the recommendations. My friends and I had a GREAT TIME in southern utah, that place is beautiful.
We did some water skiing, wake boarding, hiking, light trail riding and sight seeing. We'll definitely be going back soon.
Everything was a highlight, but Zion is breathtaking. All pictures were taken with my brand new Nikon D60...out of luck, some of them aren't even terrible.
