Spacer clunk

So I've had these 1.5" billet spacers on my truck for a couple of days now. I really like how the truck drives and looks but I have this occasional clunk from the passenger side now that worries me. I feel as though everything is tight, I had to do a fair amount of trimming on the inner mud flap / massage in the fender to get u-turn back but those were my only issues. This noise is usually heard when taking off from a dead stop or putting it in reverse. Any thoughts? Should I take them back off to avoid damage?
