Seems I got a bad case of Tim "The Toolman" Taylor when I bought this thing. It's way too big for me, my wife, and our two year old. Thought the room would be nice, but makes camping in established campgrounds a pain since it's so big and won't fit on most tent pads.
I bought it in March. Used one night so in as new condition. I would have returned it to Kirkham's for a smaller one, but a.) shipping was over $100, and b.) when I set it up the first time (in our living room), I put a pole through one of the screens. It's about 5" long and easily repaired.
Includes groundcloth, portico, and awning.
I'd prefer a local or close sale as packing it up is a pain. It weighs over 100lbs. Asking $1,000, which is about $300 less than what you'd pay if you bought it direct. Open to negotiation. Also open to straight trade for smaller Springbar in excellent condition or trade "plus" for good family tent. Bought the Springbar because I didn't want to have to baby it too much. I'd just as soon buy another Springbar.
Damn fine tent. Just too big.

Thanks!
