StableLoads alternatives

Hey folks! Does anyone have any experience with off brand Stableloads?

I’m planning to install a set of stableloads on my F-150 for my camper weight. The Torklift brand stableloads are ~$400 but the “same” product is available on eBay for about $100 but without the torklift stamp.

I’ve read about people using felling wedges from tractor supply as stableload alternatives so my assumption is that they can’t truly be that complicated. Particularly if I am pursuing the standard steel options anyways.
Does anyone have any insight into this? Are the steel wedges and bolts made by torklift that much better than the off brand?

A Hellwig Big Wig swaybar will wonders for your highway handling. If your truck came with FMC shocks a set of Bilsteins would help a bunch too.
