I sold my RTT trailer and making a new sleep inside trailer 4.5 ft. Wide 6.5 ft. Long 4 ft. High. Will add pics as it progresses.

Painted the trailer and lights wired up.
Front wood panel wired for 12v light plus power in one side, out the other and 3/4” insulation installed.

That looks like a good start. What size channel is that?

1” x 2” x 1/8” channel.

i finished the mock up of the out side left and right side panels so that after I put it all together and paint it I can reinstall all the stuff that you see in the mock up. Also I needed to make sure the awning worked as i designed it.

Getting a little more done each day. Left and right side panels are insulated and ready to have windows installed.
The back panel insulated with rear door read to install after assembly and paint. The doors inside measurements are 34” wide and 40” high, big enough to get the trifold 6”x 73” x 52” mattress and all my camping gear through an into the compartment.
