We are outta here this am heading for Tahoe Mogfest and then will cruise the west for a number of months in the Mercedes 1017A camper.

I just spent WWAAAAYYYY too much time reading your blog. Thank You - I know how much work it is to write up trips and figure out the pictures and all. It sounds like you have some amazing adventures. I am especially jealous of your Alaskan trip.
We saw your rig at the overland expo. nice. Sorry the dust was so bad, we had a nice spot on the east edge of the campground area and had no dust issues (just barking dogs from the ranches...). It was fun to meet so many self sufficient, kind, polite and interesting people.
The presentations, that we attended at the expo, were great. The exhibitors as well were all very kind and fun to visit with.
