Stock JK fog lamp replacements

Can anyone suggest replace (4" I think) fogs as direct replacement for the OEM fog lamps. I am running AEV's bumper. It takes OEM sized lamps.

I really want amber/yellow lenses.

I read the Cibie Tangos are a direct fit but I can't find them except in UK. They definitely look good and from what I have seen puts light where it needs to be. The OEM fogs on the JK are not that bad really, but since I am going to be running fogs on the bumper, I'd like ambers for the holes in the bumper to cut through the thick stuff.

As a bonus, I like the look of the colored lenses recessed in the bumper.

Thanks in advance. :)

You might try the PIAA 510's. They are 4" and you can get the Ion Crystal bulbs. It's not yellow lenses but yellow light. I know Shrockworks states both the 510's and stock fogs fit on their bumpers so maybe they will fit on the AEV. The only concern may be the mounting tabs.

Phil,

Those fogs were not a direct replacement. Here's a shot of the "L" shaped bracket I used:

Thanks Scott. I need to dig into those further.

Checked out xpel and like their stuff. More money than I am willing to spend on film. I was quoted $50. But the idea is solid so I looked over ebay and did some research... I ordered a kit for $7.00 free shipping Lamin-X or something like that. If you guys are interested, I will do a little write-up with before and after pics.

In the meantime, I'll just have to keep my eyes open for some Cibies or similar since I really want a yellow lens.

I did a PIAA ion bulb, in a pro-comp light. good bulbs made the whole thing work great. I just don't know if they will/won't work for your lights. but it's an easy way to get a sharp amber colored light.

I installed the Lamin-X film over my stockers. Obviously not as good as direct replacements but overall, I am happy for now. I took plenty of pics for y'all to evaluate.

I found the product on eBay for $7 shipped. Fast shipping too as I ordered it on the 9th and got it today.

The 4"x8" is barely enough to cover the face of the lamps.

There are several pics in my SmugMug gallery linked HERE, but here is the end result:
