Long time lurker, first time poster. I know this has been posted before, but looking for the most current brands/style recommendations on the market today.
I'll be mounting this to a Yakima Megawarrior Cargo box, and it's application will be mostly for track-day use with my motorcycles where I am usually camped out in the paddock.
One of the concerns I have is really the stout-ness of the frame and UV durability. Stoutness being the number one concern since we can sometimes have wind gusts of what feels like 30-50 mph. I've seen several pop up canopies fly away as well as witness my personal EZ-up canopy bend itself in half even being tied down (though It wasnt the heavy steel framed version).
Does anyone have recommendations on what to buy? I will be dry camped on asphalt, so I will have to tie down to a generator or sandbags. I have been looking at the ARB awnings but wondering if there were other better brands for my application.
